Welcome to Plantation Pointe, a beautiful gated community in Granite Falls, North Carolina. Nestled between the city of Hickory (about an hour northwest of Charlotte), and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Granite Falls is just minutes from excellent shopping, dining, and outdoor activities.

Located on Lake Hickory, in Caldwell County, Plantation Pointe contains 99 lots, of which 78 are lakefront. The owner(s) of each lot is a member of the Plantation Pointe Home Owners Association, governed by a Board of Directors.

Holiday Parade

Saturday, December 20th, 5:45 p.m.

We will be having our Second PP neighborhood Holiday parade with decorated ATVs/Mules or Golf Carts. Join us in the Festivities, either by being part of the parade or cheering from the top of your driveway.

Date: Saturday, December 20th, 2025

Parade Line up: 5:45 pm, at the Storage Lot cul-de-sac
Parade start time: 6:00 pm

Parade route:
Storage Lot cul-de-sac, down Plantation Pointe Drive, around Pier Pointe circle,
Turn Right on Plantation Point Drive, around Peninsula Drive circle, then completing the Parade by returning down Plantation Pointe Drive ( back to each Driver’s residence).

Decorate your vehicle with lights and/ or festive Holiday decorations. Bring “bagged” candy to toss to children watching the Parade, and consider Holiday music playing from your vehicle. Last year, several parade participants dressed up in Holiday attire, creativity is welcome!

We encourage those not participating in a vehicle to wave from the end of the driveways and join the Holiday fun.
